Jeremy and Eran Join the Leadership Team at KW Prestige as Performance Coaches

We’re proud to share that Jeremy and Eran have officially joined the leadership team at KW Prestige as the new Productivity Team, where they will help lead the office’s Producer Program.

This role is both an honour and a responsibility. The Producer Program was designed to help brokers elevate their performance through practical coaching, stronger habits, better client conversations, and more disciplined business development. It is built around execution, consistency, and the kind of thinking that produces results in the real world rather than merely in theory.

For us, this appointment represents a meaningful vote of confidence in how we approach the business every day.

While this new role is centered on helping other brokers grow, it also reflects something important for our clients. The same qualities required to guide professionals toward higher performance are the same ones we bring to every client relationship: preparation, strategic thinking, market awareness, discipline, and the ability to navigate important decisions with clarity.

In many ways, this position will sharpen our edge even further. It keeps us close to the conversations shaping the market, deepens our understanding of what is working across the industry, and strengthens our relationships within the brokerage community. More importantly, it reinforces the standards we already hold ourselves to when advising buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
